These are the "output channels" where Midas sends its data; 0 is the main data files, 1 is the split runs. You probably want to work with the main data file, so click 0. "Event Limit" is how many events Midas will take before stopping the run. Remember that this includes slow control and pulser events (~5 ev/s) "Byte Limit" is how large Midas will let the output data file get before stopping the run. Either limit can be turned off by setting it to 0.
